Log Home Living has chosen a project of ours of about 4-5 years ago built in Big Bear, California (southern california snow resort) for the December, 2011 issue. The story focuses on the Lutes family and their desire to have an old world style and feel log home. The log home was beautifully designed by Moss Creek and built by Lindley Log Homes (Brad Lindley owner). We were commissioned to do all of the log production.

We first had to model the home to illustrate the complex roof system designed, exposing beautiful log trusses in the great room. We produced a 12" swedish cope pine log with a hand peeled surface in full length...NO EXPOSED BUTT JOINTS. We had logs over 40 feet long going into walls. Brad Lindley is one of the best builders we have ever worked with and his attention to detail is unmatched.

This house is truly "old world".... the magazine is a must to buy...some great shots of the interior!
