"We use 3D as a tool for change and design development". most other design firms use 3D as a final rendering tool. This difference of our approach has incredible benefits...peace of mind! You are able to thoroughly develop your home through the process of "making changes" and then see the results through photo realistic images. Design directions are investigated and visualized until the right look is achieved! The following 3D views and renderings are used to create many photo realistic images to help you understand all of the many design elements in your home and are delivered via email in JPG format:

Accurate CAD Drafted Floor Plan Development The "Floor Plan Development" (step #4) through scaled CAD drafting, enables the 3D model to become personal. The floor plan layout is created in scale directed by the family requirements of room size & room placement. The following 2D or CAD drawings are plotted in scale on 24"x36" blueprint size paper. They are also distributed during the development process in PDF format via email:

From a technical standpoint, the design of the home is crucial because it lays the groundwork for all of the subsequent work to be performed. Besides reflecting your wants and needs, the design determines what materials are used, where the home can be built, who will build the home, and how much the home will cost, etc.
